Meet the Author

Cindy spent her early years growing up in Alaska; she now lives in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, with her husband and three dogs. She has three grown children and grandchildren who inspire her with their wit and talent. Her journey from a parent to a teacher to an author is a testament to her determination and passion. Her interest in children’s books began when her children were young. She always wanted to illustrate a children’s book, but first, she needed a story. Thus began her strong interest in writing, a journey that inspires and motivates others. As an educator, Cindy's mission is to instill self-belief in her students and readers. 'Everyone Knows My Name' is her debut as a children’s author.
